Founded in April 2018, FUNDSHOW INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING LIMITED provides practical, end-to-end advisory services for private fund managers. Our work covers registration and filings, legal support, fund acquisitions, product structuring, audits, tax planning, HR coordination, operations outsourcing and disclosure support across the full private fund lifecycle.

Our team brings experience from large financial institutions as well as private equity and securities fund platforms.
